Meet Tri
Hi, I'm Tri! I'm a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Registered Nutritional Health Practitioner with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, empowered, and at home in their bodies.
My journey hasn't always been easy, but it's shaped the person, coach, and woman I am today. I'm proud to be 10 years sober from drugs and 4 years sober from alcohol. My recovery has taught me the importance of resilience, discipline, self compassion, and showing up for yourself even when life gets difficult. These are values I bring into everything I do, both personally and professionally.
Another huge part of my journey is living with hypermobility. It's influenced the way I approach movement, strength, fitness, and overall well being, and it's become the foundation of so much of what I teach. I understand that navigating your body can sometimes feel frustrating, especially when the fitness world doesn't seem designed with your needs in mind. That's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about helping women with hypermobility build strength, improve stability, develop body awareness, and feel confident in what their bodies can do.
Hypermobility is not a death sentence, and it does not mean you can't live an incredible, fulfilling, active life. You deserve to feel strong, capable, and confident in your body. With the right education, appropriate training, and support, there is so much you can work toward. My goal is to help women move away from fear and frustration and toward confidence, strength, and a better relationship with their bodies.
Education is also a huge part of who I am as a trainer. I studied nutrition and am continually taking courses, expanding my knowledge, and learning from other professionals so I can provide my clients with the best possible guidance. I believe that being a great trainer means never becoming complacent. There is always more to learn, new research to explore, and better ways to support the people who trust me with their health and fitness journeys.
My vision extends beyond the gym, too. I'm passionate about building connections with yoga and Pilates studios, physiotherapy clinics, and other health professionals to create a more collaborative approach to movement, strength, and wellness. I want my clients to have access to the knowledge, resources, and support they need to live their most fulfilling lives.
At the heart of everything I do is a genuine desire to help women realize just how capable they are. Whether you're starting your fitness journey, rebuilding your confidence, navigating hypermobility, recovering from difficult seasons of life, or simply ready to feel better in your body, I want you to know that you don't have to do it alone.
You don't need to be perfect. You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need a place to start, someone in your corner, and a willingness to keep showing up for yourself.
I'm here to help you build strength, trust your body, and create a life that feels as good as it looks. You deserve to feel strong. You deserve to feel confident. And you deserve to live your absolute best life.
Let's build that life together. ❤️
